Compensation:

$55,000


Responsibilities:


  • Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
  • Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
  • Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
  • Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers

Qualifications:


  • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
  • This position requires 23 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
