Compensation:

$55,000

Responsibilities:

Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends
Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers

Qualifications:

Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problemsolving skills
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
This position requires 23 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
