• Welcome clients warmly as they arrive, efficiently check them in, and promptly notify clinicians of their presence.
• Manage patient flow seamlessly, as well as open and close the office diligently.
• Maintain meticulous records by entering demographic data, filing, and organizing clinic information.
• Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming sessions, and manage noshows and cancellations with a proactive approach.

• A commitment to education, with some college hours completed; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology is preferred.
• A wealth of experience, with at least 5 years in clerical roles and 2 years specifically within a healthcare office setting.
• A readiness to commit to at least one year with our dedicated team.
• Flexibility to travel between our Spring and Cypress locations as needed.
