Sales representative for customer service - Lansdowne, United States - Velocity Innovations
Description
What can you expect?
- You will communicate with customers and suppliers
- You will personally support customers during the annual field service
- You will participate in creating sales incentives, obtaining quotes, and creating offers
- You will handle orders, including backorder monitoring and disposition
- You will calculate products and services based on commercial aspects and monitor deadlines
- You will take care of package tracking and support customs clearance
- You will review invoices, inquire about and note warranty conditions, calculate freight costs, and maintain the item and business partner master data in the ERP program
- You will monitor repair costs and carry out any necessary follow-up billing
What should you bring?
- You have a commercial education or several years of experience in purchasing and/or sales
- You have strong English skills in both written and spoken form
- You are familiar with aircraft parts, components, and their maintenance intervals
- You work in a goal-oriented and organized manner
- You act and think proactively and results-oriented, even under time pressure
- You are a team player and can independently recognize connections
- You present yourself in a friendly and competent manner and have basic knowledge of English and German
