    Description
    *Administrative Assistant

    IDR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join one of their largest client's in Birmingham, Alabama This position will be onsite and applicants must be local to the Birmingham area.

    *Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant:
    • Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel.
    • Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
    • Managing and maintaining office supplies inventory.
    • Filing and organizing documents and records.
    • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry or invoice processing.
    • Previous secretarial/administrative work experience performed at a high level of proficiency in traditional office skills required
    *Requirements Of The Administrative Assistant:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and written skills.
    • Great planning and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office software suite required
    • Ability to quickly pick up new digital tools and technology is key to success.
