Looking for a career-driven, highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Representative at the Calibration Laboratory, LLC.

Entry-Level Position

We offer a comprehensive training program to kickstart your Account Representative journey within Metrology, Instrumentation, and Account Management.

This training involves hands-on experience to handle accounts efficiently and gather necessary details for quotations.

Skill Set and Qualifications

Previous experience in customer support or client service is a plus
Proficient in phone communication and active listening
Background in a technical field and working with technical data
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Good grasp of computer and mathematical concepts
Keen attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Successful completion of an entrance exam (details in Application Process section)

Educational Requirement

High School Diploma is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

Engage in and finish all assigned training sessions
Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
Manage quotes and communications from the Management team
Address customer complaints effectively and offer suitable solutions within deadlines
Identify potential sales opportunities and report to Management
Utilize Customer Relationship Management Software for note-taking, task management, and data collection
Determine equipment specifications and tolerances
Thorough understanding of the laboratory's Scope of Accreditation
Complete quality assurance training including assigned readings
Promptly respond to customer requests, inquiries, and issues
Maintain a clean work environment

Reporting Structure
The Account Representative directly reports to the Operations Director.
