Description

A client of Insight Global in the Lansing, MI area is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

This individual will serve as a liaison between third party vendors and our client to ensure they are supported and meeting compliance requirements.

This individual will be gathering requirements, writing test plans & use cases, and submitting requests for change.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
* 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users:

identifying impacted business processes

assessing business needs

identifying IT solution integration.

GAP analysis

SWOT analysis

* 5+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including:

wireframes or screen mockups,

context diagrams

benefits realization

business process models

workflow diagrams

traceability matrix

* 5+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including:

Daily Scrum

Sprint Planning

Backlog Grooming

Sprint Reviews

Sprint Retrospective

Familiarity with writing test plans and use cases.
Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
Familiarity with the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Plusses:

Experience working with Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality.
Experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
