- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Manage a healthy inbound funnel of mid-market and enterprise prospects (100+ employees)
- Proactively generate and close outbound opportunities
- Run technical discovery and product demos for engineering leaders (CTO, Head of Engineering)
- Manage structured pilot programs and convert trials into long-term customers
- Advise technical stakeholders on implementation and best practices
- Partner closely with founders and product to refine messaging and sales motion
- 5–8 years of experience closing Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS deals
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Experience selling highly technical products to engineering leaders
- Comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments (Seed–Series B preferred)
- Self-directed, proactive, and energized by ambiguity
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value
- Based in San Francisco and excited about being in-office
- $300K OTE (50/50 base/commission)

Their platform enables engineering teams at high-growth technology companies to build faster by abstracting away highly complex integrations and infrastructure challenges.
