- Board certified / board eligible in orthopaedic surgery
- Shoulder and elbow / upper extremity fellowship required
- Build a upper extremity focused practice
- Must be comfortable taking some general orthopaedic call - call 1:7+ / limited call schedule
- Ability to teach with an ACGME accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program, if interested
- The incoming physician will receive some support from HCA Florida Ocala Hospital to join the practice
