Starting on [date], a position as a project assistant (m/f/d) (TV-L E 11, 100%) is available for the establishment of a "Study Regulations Service Center" in the Department of Student Affairs.
The project aims to introduce, test, and evaluate a new checklist procedure that will support program coordinators and subject specialists in creating/changing study-related regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Training:
- Development and implementation of general training on the checklist procedure
- Identification of individual training needs of program coordinators and subject specialists
- Design and implementation of individual training
- Conceptual advice for program coordinators and subject specialists in creating/changing regulations:
- Planning advice prior to the creation/change of regulations
- Implementation advice during the development of new programs or program variations, as well as in connection with structural changes to existing study offerings
- Development of proposed solutions for admission and examination regulations, taking into account program/subjectspecific characteristics and the strategic goals of the university
- Ongoing evaluation of the checklist procedure and preparation of a final report
- Participation in the strategic development of
