About us:
We are currently seeking a Primary Nurse (m/f/d) for our Alfons-Hoffmann-Haus


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the care team, including training new colleagues and developing existing team members
  • Providing care and support to our residents, as well as assisting and guiding them
  • Digitally documenting care
  • Being the main point of contact for residents, their families, and other caregivers
  • Ensuring that care and support standards are met and continuously improving quality
  • Communicating with the team and other involved parties (e.g. team and case meetings, employee discussions)

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a nursing professional, registered nurse, (pediatric) nurse, geriatric nurse, or nursing specialist
  • Interest in completing the Primary Nurse qualification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence and passion for the profession.
