Administrative Employee Human Resources (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
- Creation of monthly payroll
- Processing of new hires and departures, including maintenance and management of personnel master data and personnel files
- Assistance in the preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, references, certificates, etc.
- Communication with authorities, health insurance companies, etc.
- Preparation of evaluations
This is what you bring:
- Completed commercial training
- Preferably already experience in payroll accounting, ideally in construction payroll
- First experience in labor, social security, and tax law is advantageous
