Assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs for staff throughout the facility with a primary focus on clinical areas. Develops appropriate educational programs, coordinating the content with the organizational goals, objectives, policies, procedures and hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives.
