We are looking for compassionate employees to join our team at the
Altenwerk Marthashofen nursing home in Grafrath, Thornton, IA.

Our ideal candidates will have a passion for caring for our elderly and dementia patients.

This is a full-time or part-time position.

As a
Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing support and assistance in daily activities, helping with daily routines, such as conversations, reading, playing games, singing, and going for walks, creating individual care plans, communicating with all involved in the care and support of our patients, documenting care, and attending meetings, training, and events.

You must have a qualification as a care assistant or caregiver according to -53c SGB XI, -43b SGB XI, or -87b Abs.3 SGB XI.

We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, loving, and respectful in their interactions with our patients. You must be able to handle difficult situations with care and independence.
