We are currently looking for a qualified educational professional (m/f/d) with a degree in social pedagogy, social work, education, psychology, or a comparable qualification to join our team at New Place, a social pedagogical residential group home with emergency accommodation in Crescent City, IL.

Our facility provides a second home for 12 male adolescents and young adults aged 14-21, with and without a refugee or migrant background.

Our interdisciplinary team consists of educational professionals, a facility manager, a psychological service, a housekeeper, and a caretaker.

As a full-time member of our team, you will work in shifts and be on-call 365 days a year. Your responsibilities will include providing individual support, conducting intake interviews, implementing everyday and recreational pedagogy, and handling administrative tasks. This diverse role offers many opportunities for creativity and allows you to pursue your passion for education.
