We, the Weiss Group of Companies, are a strong and future-oriented network with 170 employees. Our expertise lies primarily in the areas of chemical metal surface treatment, plant and tank construction, waste logistics, forming tools, and medical technology, serving an international market.
We want to integrate the synergies of our group into customer acquisition and the strategic development of our clients. Therefore, we are completely restructuring our account management. For this, we need an employee who can independently establish and develop this position, consolidate customer data, and identify added value to develop new potentials.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer acquisition and support
- Product and service presentation
- Market and potential analysis
- Development of new offers
- Customer service and communication
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a technical field or comparable technical education
- Professional experience in account management or sales
- Basic technical understanding of our industries and products
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal departments
- Independent work style, initiative, and willingness to travel
- Fluent in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
