Description

Your tasks include:

  • Planning, tendering, awarding, billing and construction management for operation, maintenance, new, conversion and expansion of municipal buildings and technical facilities
  • Assuming the role of client for major construction projects
  • Managing external specialist planners

We expect:

  • Training as a state-certified construction technician or a comparable specialized training
  • Knowledge of construction and procurement law
  • Class B driver's license
  • Secure handling of relevant software products
  • Reliability, commitment and willingness to perform
  • Teamwork skills
