ACG Agrar-Control GmbH is an independent control and certification agency based in Krefeld, Germany. We conduct inspections and certifications at all levels of food production, processing, and marketing for agricultural and horticultural producers in Germany and Europe.

Your role with us will include:

  • Maintaining master data
  • Data reconciliation with various databases
  • Creating Excel reports
  • Receiving and reviewing incoming invoices
  • Preparing invoices for different departments
  • Correspondence and coordination with departments, clients, suppliers, and authorities
  • Assisting with debt collection
  • Preparing booking transactions for creditors and debtors

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as office clerk, office manager, or similar
  • Has good knowledge and speed in using computers, especially Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Has strong logical thinking and quick comprehension skills
  • Is able to work independently, in a structured and resultsoriented manner
  • Has knowledge of agriculture (desirable)
