American Dental Care-located in Dover, DE is seeking Dental Assistant with the right blend of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.


Responsibilities for the Dental Assistant include:

  • Assists the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
  • Sterilizes and disinfects instruments and equipment
  • Prepares treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for dental procedures.
  • Taking Digital xrays; lab work
  • Greets and prepares patients for treatment
  • Records medical and dental histories and vital signs of patient
  • Records treatment information in patient records.
  • Conducts work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines.
  • Actively participates in the achievement of patient satisfaction and office production goals by working efficiently and providing a high level of patient service
  • Must have experience with digital xrays. Fabricating and seating temporary crowns, and a history in all aspects of general dentistry including endodontic, oral surgery, crown, bridge, dentures

Requirements for the Dental Assistant include:

  • Assists with other duties as needed
  • A positive attitude is a must
  • At least one year of experience is required
  • X Ray License
  • Eaglesoft experience also a plus, but not required
  • Business writing/editing skills
  • Case presentation and Computer Skills Required
  • Able to multitask

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
