1 Hotel San Francisco is currently in search of an insightful, and innovative
Rooms Operations Assistant Manager (Housekeeping and Front Office)—a thought leader with a gift for service and an instinct for leadership, whose most important roles are to ensure the excellence of the entire guest experience, and our mission and the brand's operational and financial outcomes are exceeded. This is a unique role supporting both our Housekeeping and Front Office departments reporting to both the Director of Front Office and the Director of Housekeeping.

The Rooms Operations Manager will play a quintessential role in the hotels success as a thought leader who can -_and will_- impact change and bring the ethos to life.

Qualifications:

About you
:

Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
A postsecondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of front office operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
