    Responsibilities:

    Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the OR Charge RN works with the leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s).

    This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

    Qualifications:

    ADN/BSN/MSNBLS required at time of hire NM State or Multistate License1 year of experience as an RN CNOR PreferredWe're all about well-being, starting with yours.
