Job Overview:
Duties:
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
- Utilize medical collection best practices to ensure prompt payment
- Resolve billing issues and answer patient inquiries regarding charges
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
Skills:
- Proficiency in ICD9, ICD10, DRG coding systems
- Experience in medical billing, medical collection, and medical office procedures
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical records
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers
Job Types:

$ $30.00 per hour
