What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide leadership, management, and technical support for all maintenance activities associated with bakery plant operations.
- Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.
- Leads the achievement of a zero injury workplace by ensuring safe working conditions for associates and compliance with all state and federal regulations on environmental, health and safety issues.
- Conducts performance appraisals of the Maintenance management team; recommends and/or implements appropriate training programs to address developmental needs.
- Will be familiar with and utilize the CMMS to analyze data, generate reports and implement actions to improve KPIs.

- Ability to establish a strategic vision and lead through floor communication to generate both short term and longterm sustainable results.
Education and Work History:
- Five or more years of handson management experience in maintenance.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field preferred. HS Diploma/GED required.
- A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
- AIB certification preferred.
- Operational background in electrical circuitry, refrigeration, fuel burning equipment and machine mechanics.
- Must be familiar with lean tools or a similar statistical process and control system.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide leadership and guidance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets and expenses
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of low voltage electrical systems
- Experience in fabricating, installing, and maintaining high voltage electrical systems
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide a team of maintenance technicians
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and protocols in a maintenance setting
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
