Join our team at one of our specialty stores in Acalanes Ridge, CA as a Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the specialty store and actively maintain our customer relationships
  • You will be responsible for organizing our store, including calendar planning and order and inventory management
  • You will provide administrative support to your colleagues and contribute to achieving our team's sales targets
  • You will assist our hearing care professionals with pre and postappointment tasks
  • In addition to handling billing, you will also be responsible for communicating with health insurance companies
  • You will inspire our customers with our accessory products and explain their use

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a medical assistant, salesperson, hotel professional, restaurant professional, flight attendant, or have several years of experience in the service sector
  • Your open communication style and organizational skills impress our customers
  • You are flexible, responsible, and empathetic
  • You enjoy working in a team and are committed to achieving shared success
