Description
As a result of our restructuring and growth and continued expansion, Advanced Physician Management, a forward-thinking and decisive leader in the ownership and management of physical therapy facilities throughout California, headquartered in Garden Grove, California is seeking a part time Scheduler.
A Scheduler is primarily responsible for contacting patients to schedule appointments, create skeleton accounts and scan all patient files for the clinics into the system, file paperwork, and assist answering phones.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to 10 Key
- Run scanner and copier machines
- Ability to work as a team player
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
