Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of online and offline marketing, as well as the allocated budget.
  • You will create marketing roadmaps and ensure that all marketing initiatives are carried out according to plan.
  • You know how to engage customers with compelling content for our product.
  • You will be responsible for collaborating with various marketing agencies and ensuring that their results meet company standards.
  • In addition to strategic management and agency oversight, you will also be handson with customers and the product.
  • You will track and analyze the performance of all marketing channels and campaigns, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
  • You will maintain regular communication with management regarding KPIs, development, and insights, and build a strong connection with the sales department.

Qualifications:

  • You have relevant experience in brand, content, and performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS company and agency.
  • You have a university degree or equivalent education with a focus on marketing.
  • You have several years of experience as a team lead or head of marketing.
  • Managing stakeholders and agencies is not new to you.
  • You have a strong strategic and structured mindset, as well as a handson mentality.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
