The Job Responsibilities

The Systems Analyst for Business Processes will be responsible for identifying the areas of improvement in our current business processes, developing and supporting the implementation of new strategies and technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of the new procedures.

Additionally, this position will conduct process reviews as directed to ensure the effectiveness of the new processes and provide training and support to the team members, to ensure that the best practices are followed.


US Service Organization Local Process IT expert for Global efforts relating to the Service Business Transformation Project

  • Implement work packages within local (US) organization.
  • Exchange best practices with other countries.
  • Match proposal with local business and document the gaps.
  • Do "mini" gap assessments per country based on prepared work packages.
  • Involve/train needed colleagues from country organization.
  • Analyze current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and support the implementation of optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies.

Your Qualifications Education**Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field. Master's preferred.


Related Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and project management.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications:


  • Relevant certification in business process management or a related field.

Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, etc

Our US headquarters located north of Philadelphia in Telford, Pennsylvania is our US manufacturing site for our Neonatal product line supplying many global customers as well as production support for Draeger's Safety products.

This location also serves as the key site for essential US functions which includes Medical Sales and Service Management, Medical Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality and Finance.
