Responsibilities:

Specific duties for this Customer Service Agent role include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound customer service calls including billing, account updates, taking payments, routing calls, etc.
  • Positively interacting with existing customers regarding their services.
  • Willing and able to achieve quality objectives
  • No experience required
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services and promotions.
  • Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions.
  • Documenting all customer information and communications within account system.

Schedule
We operate Monday through Friday from 7am-8pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm. We are looking to hire individuals who can work either PT or FT within these hours of operation.
