Responsibilities:
Specific duties for this Customer Service Agent role include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer service calls including billing, account updates, taking payments, routing calls, etc.
- Positively interacting with existing customers regarding their services.
- Willing and able to achieve quality objectives
- No experience required
- Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services and promotions.
- Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions.
- Documenting all customer information and communications within account system.

Reliability: Be on time for work each day, follow your schedule, and communicate schedule needs
Background check and drug screen may be required
Schedule
We operate Monday through Friday from 7am-8pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm. We are looking to hire individuals who can work either PT or FT within these hours of operation.
