We are currently seeking a Dispatcher (m/f/d) with a focus on sales and personnel in full-time to support our branch in Hannover-Laatzen.


What sets you apart:


You
- have at least completed a commercial education
- have basic experience in temporary staffing or personnel services
- are communicative, open, and empathetic
- have good MS Office skills
- are fluent in German
- and ideally have good English skills
- work in an organized and conscientious manner


Your responsibilities:


  • Creation and placement of job advertisements
  • Preparation and conducting of job interviews, phone and video interviews
  • Data entry and maintenance of applicant data
  • Recruitment for temporary staffing and personnel placement
  • Coordination and planning of personnel assignments
  • Support and retention of employees in customer assignments
