The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you are the engine of our sales process. We move away from the traditional individual account model to focus on collective success. You'll be part of a fluid, supportive system where we share the workload and celebrate wins as a team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in seamless execution and loves the "relay race" style of teamwork.
How You'll Contribute:
- Seamless Order Execution:
You'll manage the full lifecycle of an order—from initial entry into our ERP to final invoicing. You take pride in "getting it right the first time" to ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and internal partners. - Proactive Coordination:
Partner with our vendors to submit purchase orders and track confirmations. You'll be the first to spot a potential shipping delay and work with the team to find a proactive solution. - Unified Customer Support:
Act as a responsive, helpful voice for our customers. Whether it's a pricing inquiry or a documentation update, you provide clear, professional communication that keeps our clients coming back. - Team-Based Workflow:
Monitor shared queues and inboxes, jumping in to help wherever the workload is heaviest. You'll maintain clear documentation so that when you hand off a task, your teammate can pick it up without a hitch.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience:
2–5+ years in a sales coordination, order management, or operations role. Experience within the
Food & Beverage, Wholesale, or the broader Supply Chain
industry
is highly preferred. - Technical Savvy:
Proficiency in
ERP systems
(e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar) is essential. You should be comfortable navigating complex databases and managing digital documentation. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can translate complex shipping or supply issues into clear, professional updates for customers. - The "Team-First" Mindset:
A proven track record of working in collaborative environments where shared goals take precedence over individual accounts. - Detail Orientation:
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a "measure twice, cut once" approach to high-volume workflows.
Compensation & Growth
Salary Range:
$50,000 – $65,000 per year
Starting salary is determined by a candidate's level of experience, technical proficiency with ERP systems (A
