Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
The Sales & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties that contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of sales orders and subsequent customer billing.
- Assist in the tracking of projects including keeping proper files and documentation of inventory items picked and delivered to technicians or returned from customer site.
