What to expect?

• You will take on partial tasks in industrialization projects for electrolysis systems and, if necessary, manage smaller specialist teams
• You will also drive change management and strive to balance technical, organizational, and commercial aspects
• You will be responsible for tracking tasks, managing necessary adjustments to specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and process descriptions
• You will support the department in creating and evaluating reports
• You will assist us in creating and documenting processes

What should you bring?

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or a comparable field and have excellent expertise in at least three of the following areas: mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, project management, energy technology, or process engineering
• You are familiar with both conventional and modern industrial processes for manufacturing machines or systems and have taken on responsibility for individual components and related process steps or entire assemblies in multiple project roles
• You are familiar with methods for quality management of series products and for problem and error analysis, including their resolution, and ideally have some experience in project management and supporting tools
• You have good comprehension skills, are communicative, a team player, and flexible
• You demonstrate reliability, commitment, and the ability to self-organize, and you can think logically and systematically, and if necessary, also think
