Your responsibilities:
Participation in the development of strategies, resource allocation, and organizational development of the clinic in Northport, AL

You are responsible for personnel and performance management of the laboratory (staffing, training...), monthly team meetings

Participation in the provision of clinical services in the laboratory area

Collaboration with the Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Creation of laboratory KPI data and identification and implementation of improvement opportunities

Participation in the planning, implementation, and reporting of research projects

Collaboration with other functional areas


Requirements:

Your skills:
You have a university degree, preferably a postgraduate degree in biosciences, human or veterinary medicine

You have at least 3 years of experience in clinical reproductive biology

You possess certification in ESHRE and/or AGRBM

Very good German and English skills

Experience in leadership desired

Knowledge of applicable regulations and quality assurance
