Your responsibilities

Together with your HR team, you are responsible for all personnel-related tasks
You act as a sparring partner and provide input to the management in all areas of modern HR work
You support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle
You conduct employee and personal development discussions
You maintain a trusting relationship with the works council, negotiate our in-house collective agreement, and are a member of the parity commission

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on HR and have several years of experience in modern HR work in a production company
In-depth knowledge of labor, social, and tax law, as well as collective bargaining and works constitution law, complete your profile
