Your tasks

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as development of employees within the department
  • Development and implementation of key account strategies and management of business development
  • Strategic business development / project acquisition and order generation in a complex environment
  • Consulting and development of complex customerspecific solutions as well as expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Gathering customer developments, requirements and trends and coordinating with internal interfaces at bdr
  • Management of complex tenders and proposals
  • Representation of bdr, conception and participation in customer events and trade fairs
Your profile

  • Degree in engineering, business, economics, technology or a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in key account management with a focus on the public sector
  • Leadership, management and acquisition skills as well as customer and service orientation
  • Processoriented, strategic and economic thinking and acting
  • Strong problemsolving and management skills
  • Structured and independent work style, flexibility and selfresponsibility including confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Strong team spirit, social competence, sociability, and presentation skills
