    Now Hiring a motivated Accounting Project Supervisor for a large food distribution center located in Redlands, CA

    Pay $65K

    Schedule: TBD

    Job Purpose: Serve as a key member of the project management team, supporting their

    respective department Sr Accounting Manager. Taking a pro-active

    approach to executing and completing company projects and tasks using

    independent judgement and decision-making skills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Support a focus and partnership on Accounting Projects by meeting with local and

    DC teams to understand scope, needs and follow up of live and upcoming projects.


    • Work with vendors to ensure project equipment needs and requirements are being

    met per the project plan.


    • Manage special requests and projects in support of Accounting and other Admin

    departments to assess and diagnose needs and next steps.


    • Assist and support in auditing DCs to ensure compliance of standards and process.


    • Update of project budgets and equipment delivery tracking as needed to include

    contact with those responsible for the various needs of each project.


    • Execute tasks, accurately utilizing software, and ensure that procedures are

    developed and updated as needed.


    • Travel as needed for project requirements.


    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience:


    • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point


    • Knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.

    Desired Skills:


    • Experience in SAP accounting system preferred


    • Experience in Truck Mate preferred


    • Strong computer skills required; i.e., MS Office, Excel


    • Detail oriented


    • Analytical problem solving

    Reasoning Ability:


    • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and

    verbal communication skills.

    • Lifting up to 10lbs


    • Sitting at a computer for long periods of time
