Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a
Quality Control Inspector I - Interior to join our team.

The
Quality Control Inspector I - Interior at Frazer reports to the
Quality Control Supervisor, and is responsible for using their knowledge to independently complete accurate quality inspections for the Interior Departments while working towards reducing the Interior department's defects.

This position is expected to actively live out Frazer Core Values while working with Frazer employees, vendors, and customers to help achieve team, department, and corporate goals.

Responsible for learning and reinforcing safe and proper work procedures while actively following Frazer Safety programs and other policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.


What Does a Week in the Life of the Quality Control Inspector I - Interior Look Like?

  • Learn the processes in place to perform quality inspections independently and help promote ideas to improve those processes.
  • Actively pursue productivity enhancements by recommending and/or implementing policy and process changes to improve effectiveness or efficiency for production through issues that are seen.
  • Actively be involved in Production by open communication with their team and work centers while understanding and fulfilling the resources needed to complete the job.
  • Assisting the team when needed regarding meeting team goals.
  • Promote continuous improvement in inspection and documentation processes.

Required Education and Experience:


  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 12 years of quality control experience

Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Associates degree
  • 35 years of quality control experience
