Herricks is seeking an AI Business Analyst (m/f/d) to conceptualize and implement AI use cases.


Here's what you can expect:

  • Identify and analyze potential use cases for generative AI in the financial industry, including banks, insurance companies, and IT service providers
  • Develop prototypes and promptly engineer them to maximize the effectiveness and quality of AI models, meeting specific customer requirements
  • Perform quality checks on AI model results, ensuring their correctness and reliability
  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and present AIbased solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Train and support customers in using the developed AI applications
Here's what you bring to the table:

  • A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex problems and translate them into effective AIbased solutions
  • Experience in promptly engineering and developing AI prototypes
  • A deep understanding of the challenges and needs of the financial industry
  • Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical solutions to nontechnical individuals
  • Flexibility, commitment, and a teamoriented approach to work
  • Fluent German and very good German skills.
