As the Customer Success Manager , you will act as a strategic partner to our TeamMate+ customers.
You will be proactive in ensuring product adoption, building customer relationships, soliciting customer feedback, and analyzing patterns of successful customers.
In this remote, work from home role, you will initially report to the Director, Global Business Operations & Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Sales, Professional Services, Product and Support colleagues to address customer needs and ensure best practice product utilization.
Understand the service agreement terms of each customer contract and ensure the work is completed and delivered to the customer on or before the deadline.
Track customer performance and promote engagement between the customer and product(s).Contribute to a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring an easy introduction for the customer from the outset.
Participate in the post-sales customer lifecycle (ongoing assistance, customer renewals, and product improvements) to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Maintain a clear understanding of client requirements.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Use technical, and problem-solving skills to develop policies and programs.
Foster product usage and may train customers on product use.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, bachelor's degree in business or technology preferred.
7 years of relevant experience within a large software company.
At least 1 year experience work with TeamMate+ or other audit software.
