    Responsibilities

    • Answers calls from NAPA Stores
    • Enter orders into the system
    • Code Invoices
    • Process Accounts Receivable checks
    • Issue credits to stores
    • Distribute incoming mail
    • Data Entry
    • Daily Deposits
    • Filing
    • Reconcile Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable
    • Process damaged freight claims
    • Back up other Customer Care Associate when needed

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
    • 2 years + of general office / clerical experience.
    • 1 year of bookkeeping experience
    • Problem solving skills
    • The ability to build relationships with Independent store owners
    • The ability to build relationships with the DC Management Team
    • Serious organizational skills
    • Is a maniac for details
    • Microsoft Office Suite experience
    • Accurate data entry skills
    • The best follow up and follow through skills
    • Communication
    • Investigative research
