Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a dedicated export team with a focus on operational efficiency and excellent service
  • Provide customer support and communicate with carriers, brokers, and other service providers
  • Create statistics, analyses, and evaluations to optimize processes
  • Organize and improve workflow
  • Responsible for profit and loss statements and postaudit of freight books
  • Handle claim management

Requirements:

  • Completed education in logistics or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of experience in LCL export sea freight (preferred)
  • Strong social skills and communication abilities
  • Enjoy analyzing and optimizing processes
  • Good English skills, especially in the freight industry.
