Location Manager After Sales (m/f/d):

What awaits you:

  • Implementation of measures and programs for customer care and retention
  • Management and execution of activities to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Regular observation and analysis of customer and competitor behavior in the service market
  • Development of strategies to tap into the market potential for workshop services, parts, and accessories, as well as monitoring their effectiveness
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling department results in line with revenue and profitability goals
  • Coordination of the service department
  • Personnel management for service employees
  • Creating a customer satisfaction and company successoriented attitude among all employees
  • Career opportunities in a growing company group

What we expect:

  • Commercial/technical education or degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the field
  • Solid understanding of vehicle technology
  • Knowledge of controlling and marketing instruments in the service sector
