Description

We are looking for an IT system administrator (m/f/d) for a renowned company in Hamburg.

Your tasks:

  • Analysis, classification and processing of internal fault reports from teachers and administrative staff (as part of second-level support)
  • Cooperation with first and third-level support
  • Administration of servers and clients
  • Patch management, monitoring and maintenance work
  • Image creation and updating
  • Management of mobile devices (MDM)
  • Management of licenses, user rights, access data and email addresses
  • Support for further network expansion

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector and professional experience in IT support or comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of Microsoft server and client operating systems as well as Active Directory
  • Desirable knowledge in the areas of management of Exchange environments, backup (Veeam), VMware environments (ESX/vSphere), network and cloud architectures as well as administration of ticket systems
  • High service and customer orientation as well as a solution-oriented and reliable way of working, characterized by initiative, commitment and responsibility
