The
Associate Digital Media Planner is tasked with supporting the ongoing management and growth of digital media initiatives for Moore Digital's nonprofit clients.

The position is responsible for assisting with planning, development, and management of cross-channel paid digital media and conversion programs featuring programmatic CTV, display, native, paid social, paid search digital advertising, with a focus on donor acquisition and revenue generation.

This role will encompass supporting the lead media planner(s) across multiple clients/accounts within Moore Digital.

They will participate in and help manage the communication with agency contacts, strategists and clients regarding the strategy, status, results and continuation plans.

The job is responsible for ensuring the best strategy is being implemented for the client and the campaign is executed flawlessly by providing support throughout the onboarding, campaign set up, launch, optimization and reporting of client campaigns.

There will be opportunities for client facing interaction in this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Works with internal [lead planner(s), sister agencies and strategy team] and external clients to assist in the development of strategic plans and projections for existing and incoming clients
  • Attends meetings with clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis to document all action items, assists in the compiling of results to be presented, supports strategy discussions and plans for future campaigns alongside the lead Digital Media Planner(s)
  • Supports lead Digital Media Planner(s) in effectively communicating with programmatic, search and social buyers to ensure campaigns are executed according to client parameters and approved strategy
  • Facilitates internal and clientfacing deliverables (both recurring and adhoc) including: reports, strategy memos, postmortem analysis, weekly/monthly/quarterly documentation, spend/goal pacing, campaign trafficking, and more
  • Operates as an extension of the lead planner(s)
  • Aids in the planning of digital campaignsincluding research, strategy, analysis, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Uses a test and refine approach for clients with each plan being smarter than the previous one.
  • Collaborates with client teams including account managers, project managers, digital strategists, and creative staff to develop thoughtful solutions that achieve our clients' goals.
  • Supports Digital Media Planners in the preparation and maintenance of media budgets and projections for internal teams and clients.
  • Maintains a high standard of quality control for clients through accurate, timely and effective delivery of multichannel digital media campaigns.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of multichannel plans and reports by supporting Digital Media Planning team.
  • Participates in the analysis and interpretation of campaign data daily/weekly to improve performance and alert internal teams about potential shortfalls and optimizations.
  • Stays up to date on new technologies to help identify valuedriven ideas for clients.
  • Willing to continuously learn the skills necessary for personal and team growth.

Required Skills:


  • General understanding of programmatic media, search and paid social landscape, with some experience recommending appropriate tactics within each to generate acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Nonprofitspecific experience preferred; experience generating new leads, customers, and revenue highly desired.
  • Customerservice oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A resourceful selfstarter who can take initiative and follow through on projects.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:


  • 1+ years of experience participating in developing and managing digital media campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in marketing or communications preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and programmatic display platforms preferred.
  • Experience with eCRM platforms such as Blackbaud Convio/Luminate Online, Salsa, Classy, Engaging Networks highly preferred. Some knowledge and experience with CMS a plus.
