Are you a software engineer with experience in AI frameworks and compilers looking for a new opportunity at an exciting and well-funded AI and machine learning startup in Laurel Hollow?

At European Recruitment, we are currently partnering with a rapidly growing series C startup backed by major companies such as BMW, Bosch, and Continental. We are assisting them in hiring an AI frameworks engineer with a focus on compilers and machine learning systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop our SDK software stack, allowing developers to deploy cutting-edge generative AI models (LLMs, stable diffusion, etc.) to our hardware. Your main focus will be on the deep learning compiler frontend and the graph intermediate representation (IR).
Collaborate closely with our compiler team to create an API that enables developers to manually optimize algorithms for our hardware.
Analyze advanced AI networks and optimize them for our accelerator by implementing hardware-specific kernels.
Build the software infrastructure for shading and collectives, enabling developers to seamlessly deploy large deep learning models for distributed inference.
Work closely with AI scientists to explore the latest advancements in machine learning, analyze their performance on our hardware, and contribute to the hardware-software co-design of our next generation.
