- Support manufacturing, quality, and factory automation tasks in the row unit assembly area throughout the duration of the row line 2.0 development project.
- Support factory operations and will be required to have full factory PPE.
- Contribute to the analysis of information and the specification of the methods and process steps, as well as the plant, machinery, and equipment, required to design and continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes and process systems to deliver the end product within specified cost and quality parameters.
- Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions.
- Carry out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards.
- Carry out inspections under the supervision of senior colleagues to evaluate the quality of engineering works and/or the integrity of existing installations or structures and make recommendations to senior colleagues on the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan.
- Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
- Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.
- Carry out a range of product development and engineering activities. Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.
- Ability to lead factory engineering activities.
- Experience in 1 or more factory engineering disciplines - Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, Controls Engineer.
- Experience in factory assembly production support.
- Experience with process controls.
- Experience with updating standard work processes and documents.
- Experience with PLC, SQL, Ignition (or something similar).

Productive Resources ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Moline, Illinois. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operate in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process. At this level, projects are of moderate scope and responsibility or may be a significant portion of a major and diverse project or process; decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel, contractors and suppliers.
This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.
