RECEPTIONIST (M/F/D) FULL-TIME

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Warmly welcoming and taking care of all employees and visitors of the building.
  • Managing the lounges.
  • Organizing and planning team events.
  • Independently managing, organizing, and handling the reception area.
  • Placing orders and arranging catering.
  • Operating the telephone switchboard.
  • Managing conference rooms.
