Overview:


We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential care of an old lady, 84 years old years old.

She has severe Dementia, history of stroke. She cannot stand or walk, so
LIFTING is needed multiple times a day. Also the lady needs assist with personal care, medicine, meals, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, promoting a positive and nurturing environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience like CNA is preferred
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
