    My organization, AmergisStaffing, is currently seeking Behavior Technicians to join our outstanding team of professionals dedicated to supporting school systems in Lompoc CA. Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? Here are the key details: - Location: Lompoc CA - Duration: Full-time position for the 24-25 School Year - Hours: 35-hour work week - Start Date: August 8th - Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $22 to $25 based on experience If this interests you, express your interest, and I will be in touch to discuss the role further and address any inquiries. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with a focus in the relevant field - State Teacher Certification in Standard Elementary Teaching, Standard Secondary Teaching, or Standard Special Teaching preferred - Endorsement in Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred - Proficiency in written and verbal English - Current TB test results or chest X-ray Amergis provides a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401k program, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, direct deposit, and travel benefits where applicable. 24-hour on-call service is also available.
