    Description

    · Store hours are Monday Through Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

    · Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm – Possible

    Responsibilities as a Service Professional:

    Efficiently receive customers and their automobiles.

    Maintain constant communication with service technicians and customers.

    Call customers to relay diagnostic results and recommendations provided by technicians.

    Promote and sell the recommendations made by technicians.

    Inform technicians about authorized recommendations and set a "promise time" for completion of work.

    Promptly notify customers when their vehicle is ready for pickup.

    Notify customers of any delays to the "promise time" and provide reasons for the delay.

    Close all repair orders and conduct a thorough review with customers upon vehicle pickup.

    Qualifications

    • Service (Writer) experience preferred, not required.
    • Competent level of computer literacy
    • Time management skills
    • Have a basic understanding of automotive functions.
    • Must be insurable to drive customer cars and company vehicles.
