Your main tasks:

  • Independently advising clients of the job center with barriers to employment
  • Expanding the skills of job center clients in regards to (re)entering the workforce
  • Accompanying and managing crisis situations
  • Referring clients to additional support services
  • Participating in specialist groups and working groups and closely cooperating with the job center

Your profile:

  • Social worker or social pedagogue with state recognition
  • Professional experience in counseling individuals with mental health issues
  • Knowledge of social-psychiatric care structures
  • Advanced knowledge in the field of SGB II
